The folder is public
22 August 2026
A kickbck product page is not a pitch deck. It is the inventory.
Before someone enters a card, they see what is in the drop: file names, sizes, and when it was last updated. If this month is empty, the page says so. No mystery box. No “exclusive content” with nothing behind it.
Why we built it this way
Monthly files are the product. A buyer is not paying for a vibe. They are paying for txt, PDFs, presets, zips, whatever you put in this month’s folder. Showing the folder before checkout is the honest version of that sale.
Patreon hides the work behind posts. Gumroad often hides the zip until after pay. Both train buyers to hope rather than know. We would rather lose a sale to someone who looked at the list and passed than win one from someone who guessed.
What sellers see
The dashboard is the same folder. Open the drop, put this month’s files on, send this month. No post composer. No feed to maintain. The product page updates when the files update.
If you are embarrassed by an empty month, that is useful information. Fix the drop, not the copy.
What this is not
Public does not mean downloadable. Names and sizes are visible. Bytes are not. Paying is still the door.
